Cowes Cottage Phillip Island is a delightful holiday property, located just a short stroll from the sandy beach.

A central open plan living area extends from the front to rear of the home. It includes a comfortable lounge suite, 55 inch Smart TV, wood heater and a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully appointed with a 6 burner 900mm gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. A reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the kitchen keeps the living area at a comfortable temperature year round.

Cowes Cottage Phillip Island has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a large covered entertaining deck at the rear of the home, complete with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and additional chairs. The deck overlooks a fully fenced back yard with a fire pit and trampoline.

While the carport is accessible to guests, it is not available for cars to park under. Instead, there is space for up to 2 vehicles or a boat on the driveway, plus additional parking on the street.

Take an easy 5 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach where there is a boat ramp and excellent cafe. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 2 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
